The Irish Training Course was intended to provide participants with detailed knowledge on the Training and Development and Development process.
It concentrated on the ADDIE Model of systematic training design developed by the Florida State University which broke the process down into:
The course concentrated on all five stage but dealt in general terms with stage 3 Development and stage 4 Implement as each of the following three courses would provide good examples of how to implement a training course.
We used Kirkpatrick Levels 1 and 2 to evaluate the course and the responses showed that participants were very happy with the course.
